Who we are

The Agent AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered communication platform for real-estate agencies, reachable at theagent.vip. This policy explains what personal data we process when you interact with us or with an agency using our platform — over WhatsApp, phone calls, or our website — and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Contact details — your name and phone number, when you message or call us or leave them with an agency.
• Conversation content — WhatsApp messages you exchange with us and, on phone calls, call recordings and transcripts. Some calls may be handled by AI-powered assistants and, where enabled, recorded or transcribed. Notices about AI assistance and call recording may vary depending on the call flow, agency settings and applicable requirements. If you ask whether you are speaking with an AI assistant, we will answer accurately.
• Inquiry details — the properties, budgets and preferences you share, so we can respond usefully.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms — when you submit a property inquiry through a Meta lead form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, country, property preferences, form answers and consent choices, depending on what you provide.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiries and send you the property information you request (for example brochures, prices and payment plans over WhatsApp).
• To let the real-estate agency you contacted follow up with you.
• To operate, secure and improve the service, including quality review of AI-assisted conversations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your conversations to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with: the real-estate agency you are talking to; and the service providers that run our infrastructure (messaging via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, telephony, cloud hosting and AI processing), each bound to process it only on our instructions. Your use of WhatsApp itself is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms is also processed through Meta's services and is subject to Meta's applicable terms and privacy policy.

Retention

We keep conversation data for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and meet the agency's legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — see how to request deletion, or simply reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop receiving messages. We honour applicable data-protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
