How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you — your contact details, WhatsApp conversation history, and call recordings/transcripts — at any time:

1. By email: write to privacy@theagent.vip from any address, including the phone number you used to contact us.
2. On WhatsApp: send the word DELETE to the number you were talking to, and we will process the request for that number.

We confirm every request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (which are isolated and deleted when that obligation ends). Replying STOP at any time also opts you out of further messages without deleting your history.
